After a winter storm caused a fire sprinkler line to freeze and burst at a college dorm facility, Target Solutions was called in to assess the water damage to over 50 units across three floors.
The Target team urgently deployed and began performing water extraction and moisture mapping throughout the facility. Next, our team created demo maps and placed generators, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and fans throughout the facility. We removed the damaged drywall and provided 24/7 fire watch. The Target Solutions team worked with school personnel to ensure there was minimal downtime and the project was finished before the 4-week deadline.
