AJ Theriot joined Target Solutions in 2015, bringing with him years of industry experience. Since joining the team, AJ has worked in a variety of roles, including Water Technician, Project Manager and Lead Estimator, giving him invaluable hands-on and technical expertise.
AJ currently serves as President where he is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of Target. He oversees the management and operation of all aspects of the organization. He enjoys investing in employees and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. He uses his empathy, calm demeanor and industry expertise to provide direction during the chaos of large losses. AJ loves that the fast pace, high-energy nature of his work keeps him on his toes and requires him to continue learning and growing in his expertise.
AJ is a United States Army veteran and graduate of the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Project Managers Professional Certificate, Texas Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor License and Lead Supervisor designation. He currently resides in Belton, Texas with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he likes to be outdoors and spend quality time with his sons.

Jeff is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations. He leads a team that collaborates with customers, insurance personnel and property management to plan for and respond to loss events. Jeff spends much of his time working closely with his team, school districts and religious organizations to prepare for disaster emergency response. Jeff’s experience and expertise in communication are key assets to clients as he assists with disaster mitigation and relief plans that will minimize operational downtime. Jeff employs a professional, caring and responsive demeanor to provide understanding and peace of mind after a property loss. He finds great meaning in offering a sense of security to clients and helping them navigate an otherwise difficult process.

He has also worked on commercial, multi-family, school, healthcare and government new construction projects. Jeremy is also experienced in working with insurance adjusters.
Jeremy helps mitigate risks by building a culture of safety and implementing necessary policies and processes. He oversees project reporting procedures and ensures planned projects are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Jeremy is responsible for building a diversified vendor and supply chain network to ensure consistent quality of work across Target’s various response regions and help keep schedules. He also manages Target’s assets to ensure reliable response capabilities. Jeremy supports the growth and development of the Target team by mentoring project coordinators and managers.
Jeremy is certified in OSHA 30, Hazwoper 40, commercial drying, applied structural drying and water damage restoration. He is also a remote pilot. Jeremy lives in Houston, Texas. Currently residing in Lubbock, Brett loves to spend time with his wife and 4 children – Brian (21), Erin (18), Brady (16) and Brax (7). When he’s not at work or supporting his kids in their academic and athletic endeavors, Brett enjoys running, working out and playing tennis and golf.

He is also part of Target’s Emergency Response Team and provides immediate boots-on-the-ground assistance when hurricanes, floods, fires and other disasters occur. David loves the opportunity to use his problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently address issues. His favorite thing about Target Solutions is being part of a team that comes together to work toward the shared goal of getting the job done and taking care of customers.
