Following a winter storm, a university’s on-campus apartments, dorms and academic buildings suffered extreme water damage when pipes froze and burst. The Target team rapidly deployed with assets, started water extraction and set drying equipment.
The client’s goal was to restore the affected areas as quickly as possible so students could return safely. The Target team worked around the clock to dry out, demo, clean and rebuild over 18 classrooms, 32 dorm rooms and 23 apartment units in 11 days with little to no interruption to students and staff.
