Adam attended Texas Christian University and in 2004 joined the PGA tour. Adam golfed professionally for 7 years before returning to his hometown of Waco, Texas, and stepping into his role at Target Solutions. Adam is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of Target. He oversees the management and operation of all aspects of the organization.

In addition to his roofing expertise, Cole spent over 5 years of his career adjusting insurance claims, including specializing in large-loss commercial roofing claims. Cole’s understanding of both the roofer’s and the insurance adjuster’s perspectives allows him to easily coordinate between the client and the insurance adjuster. He is HAAG certified and previously held the Texas All-Lines Adjuster License.

Chris Dresner joined the Target Solutions Business Development team in March 2021 with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Chris is responsible for establishing new client relationships and managing client needs.
In his role, Chris educates clients on Target Solutions’ services and helps them navigate problems when they arise. He prides himself on his ability to work well with a variety of personality types and address challenges with creativity and patience. When it comes to relationships with clients, Chris possesses a positive perspective and prioritizes frequent, clear communication. When stressful events require emergency response, Chris enjoys offering his professional expertise to help put clients at ease. His favorite part about working in the field is the friendships he is able to make with both colleagues and clients.
Chris currently resides in his hometown of Waco, Texas. He enjoys spending time with family, friends and his 2 dogs. His hobbies include traveling, mountain biking, playing golf and being outdoors.
April joined the Target Solutions Business Development team in April 2024. With 5 years of experience in business development and her extensive background in education and nonprofit work, April is dedicated to serving others and cultivating relationships. She has personally experienced fire loss in her own home and is committed to being a source of comfort to clients by offering comprehensive solutions and guidance through the recovery process.
April has a BBA in Business Marketing from Texas A&M University and is involved in many nonprofit organizations throughout Central Texas. April enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her daughters at sporting events, exercising and reading.

In his position, David manages relationships with insurance offices and property management companies. He is also part of Target’s Emergency Response Team and provides immediate boots-on-the-ground assistance when hurricanes, floods, fires and other disasters occur. David loves the opportunity to use his problem-solving skills to quickly and efficiently address issues. His favorite thing about Target Solutions is being part of a team that comes together to work toward the shared goal of getting the job done and taking care of customers.

His expertise helps streamline processes and enhance customer experience from start to finish.
