Our Team

Adam Meyer joined Target Solutions in 2011 and purchased the business in 2015. He has since maintained the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Adam attended Texas Christian University and in 2004 joined the PGA tour. Adam golfed professionally for 7 years before returning to his hometown of Waco, Texas, and stepping into his role at Target Solutions. Adam is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic planning of Target. He oversees the management and operation of all aspects of the organization.

Adam has over 10 years of experience working in every facet of the restoration and roofing businesses. Adam uses his industry knowledge to ensure that Target Solutions is functioning optimally and has the resources needed to grow with its clients’ needs. Adam takes great pride in investing in his employees to grow them into leaders who will help carry out the mission of the business. He also enjoys overseeing large-scale projects, which require thinking outside the box to mitigate catastrophic losses and working to get businesses back on their feet as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Adam enjoys working hand-in-hand with business owners to understand their needs and gain trust by addressing pressing concerns.

Adam currently resides in Waco, Texas, with his wife and four daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Justin Philpott joined Target Solutions in 2010 and has over 15 years of experience in the industry utilizing his management, finance and human resources skills. During his time at Target Solutions, Justin has helped the Target team tackle major large-loss projects throughout the nation, including hurricane, hail, tornado, mold, water and fire losses.

Serving as Chief Operating Officer, Justin uses his knowledge and expertise to serve Target employees, clients and vendors. Justin’s current role entails top-level operational and managerial decisions, overseeing of company financials, business strategy, human resources and risk management. Justin stays current on industry norms and trends to ensure that Target Solutions is on the cutting edge of professional standards for the client’s benefit.

Justin works to ensure that Target Solutions’ employees have the support, training and resources needed to serve clients with excellence. He appreciates the opportunity to advocate for clients during a loss to ensure their care and comfort. This includes creative problem-solving, mitigating and making repairs and negotiating on behalf of the client with adjusters, carriers and building consultants. His goal is to empathize with clients and treat them the way he would like to be treated if he were in their shoes. Justin loves the challenge each project brings, as well as the reward of providing critical support in clients’ times of need.

Justin is a graduate of Baylor University and currently resides in McGregor, Texas, with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting and fishing.

AJ Theriot joined Target Solutions in 2015, bringing with him years of industry experience. Since joining the team, AJ has worked in a variety of roles, including Water Technician, Project Manager and Lead Estimator, giving him invaluable hands-on and technical expertise.

AJ currently serves as Executive Vice President where he is responsible for training, mentoring and leading project managers and staff. He enjoys investing in employees and empowering them to become the best versions of themselves. He uses his empathy, calm demeanor and industry expertise to provide direction during the chaos of large losses. AJ loves that the fast pace, high-energy nature of his work keeps him on his toes and requires him to continue learning and growing in his expertise.

AJ is a United States Army veteran and graduate of the University of Phoenix. He also holds a Project Managers Professional Certificate, Texas Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor License and Lead Supervisor designation. He currently resides in Belton, Texas with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he likes to be outdoors and spend quality time with his sons.

Jeff Dalrymple joined Target Solutions in 2020.  He brings a unique set of skills to benefit the Target team, including over 17 years of leadership and development experience, customer service and management expertise.

Jeff is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations. He leads a team that collaborates with customers, insurance personnel and property management to plan for and respond to loss events. Jeff spends much of his time working closely with his team, school districts and religious organizations to prepare for disaster emergency response. Jeff’s experience and expertise in communication are key assets to clients as he assists with disaster mitigation and relief plans that will minimize operational downtime. Jeff employs a professional, caring and responsive demeanor to provide understanding and peace of mind after a property loss. He finds great meaning in offering a sense of security to clients and helping them navigate an otherwise difficult process.

Jeff is a 2005 graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Marketing. He resides in Georgetown, Texas, with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and playing golf.

Austin Stone joined Target Solutions in 2022 as Vice President of National Business Development with over five years of experience in the field, where he worked and sold projects for major hurricanes, tornadoes and other disasters around the country.

Austin is responsible for the growth of Target Solutions’ national brand, which includes developing sales strategies and managing a national team. Austin’s greatest asset is his drive and willingness to learn. He brings a great deal of enthusiasm to the profession and the values he shares with the organization. Those who work with Austin benefit from his clear communication skills, patience, problem-solving and goal-oriented focus. His favorite thing about working in the industry is the opportunity to work toward a shared goal with his colleagues and go the extra mile to help others.

Austin is a graduate of Baylor University and is involved with URMIA, RIMS and BOMA. He currently resides in his hometown of Waco, Texas with his wife and young children. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf.

Parnell McNamara joined Target Solutions in 2015 and brought over more than a decade of experience working in sales, management and logistics. Now serving as Vice President of Business Development, he is responsible for coordinating with insurance, property management and end-user personnel to ensure proper planning, response and execution of mitigation, restoration and roofing. Parnell is IICRC certified and has served as a Continuing Education Instructor for insurance adjusters, agents and brokers. Internally, he is responsible for recruiting personnel, as well as employee growth and development.

During his tenure with Target Solutions, Parnell has used his expertise to educate commercial customers, offering practical assistance, planning and peace of mind to prepare for a catastrophic event. Parnell works diligently to provide each commercial client with a plan that is tailored to fit their style of business, ensuring that in the wake of a property loss, downtime and business interruption are minimized and recovery is expedient. He prides himself on his knowledge, approachability and responsiveness and enjoys the challenge that each unique job brings.

Parnell graduated from Baylor University in 2006 and currently resides in his hometown, Waco, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and young children, being outdoors, snow skiing, and playing a variety of musical instruments.

Jim Purcell joined Target Solutions in 2022 as Vice President of National Operations. With over 20 years of experience working in restoration, Jim has worked as a mitigation technician, estimator, project manager, project coordinator, CAT team member and operations manager. He has completed projects on all three coasts and the Caribbean that resulted from hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, fires and winter storms.

In his role, Jim is responsible for managing the growth of Target’s national operations team and developing response processes and procedures. Because of his experience, Jim has a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the restoration process from mitigation to reconstruction. He is committed to continually refining processes to provide the best possible product in the safest manner possible. Jim is passionate about restoration and dedicated to earning customer loyalty by providing exceptional quality and customer service. He loves that every day at work is a new adventure and enjoys seeing each project begin as a disaster site and end fully restored. Jim finds meaning in passing his knowledge on to others and building a team that is stronger together.

Jim previously served in the United States Army and received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Utah Valley University. He is certified in IICRC Applied Structural Drying, WRT, AMRT, CCT, UFT and OSHA 30. Jim currently resides in Kingwood, Texas, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, camping, hiking and building and driving Jeeps.

Chris Silva joined Target Solutions in 2012 and brought over a decade of industry experience. Chris has spent over 20 years working in the field and now serves as Vice President of Restoration. He is responsible for large loss and CAT project management. Chris oversees job set up, estimating, production and completion of all major projects. Internally, he assists with employee hiring, training and safety management. Chris is also responsible for asset tracking, maintenance and procurement.

Chris possesses a great deal of hands-on experience, as well as technical expertise. He is IICRC – WTR, ASD, FSRT and OCT certified and is a Texas Licensed Mold Remediation Contractor. Chris enjoys sharing his expertise with clients by hearing the question behind the question and addressing all of their concerns. He values the opportunity to make an impact in people’s lives when restoring homes and businesses.

Chris previously served two enlistments with the United States Air Force and now resides in Waco, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing.

Cole Pauley joined Target Solutions in 2019 as the Vice President of Roofing with 12 years of roofing industry experience. Cole oversees the commercial roofing division. His experience as a commercial roofing contractor provides direction to both clients and employees to ensure jobs are completed with excellence. In addition to his roofing expertise, Cole spent over 5 years of his career adjusting insurance claims, including specializing in large-loss commercial roofing claims. Cole’s understanding of both the roofer’s and the insurance adjuster’s perspectives allows him to easily coordinate between the client and the insurance adjuster. He is HAAG certified and previously held the Texas All-Lines Adjuster License.

Cole provides the best possible experience for all parties involved in large-loss roofing scenarios. He understands the ins and outs of all commercial roofing systems and how various options will benefit clients’ unique building needs. Cole’s philosophy is that the people at Target make all the difference. He enjoys the opportunity to work alongside colleagues he respects and provide leadership to his team.

Cole is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, boating, camping and football.

Jeremy Butler joined Target Solutions in 2022 as Director of Operations – Planned Services. He has 6 years of experience in the field as an operations manager. Jeremy performed and managed projects in all aspects of restoration, including emergency services and mitigation, reconstruction and roofing services. He has also worked on commercial, multi-family, school, healthcare and government new construction projects. Jeremy is also experienced in working with insurance adjusters.

Jeremy helps mitigate risks by building a culture of safety and implementing necessary policies and processes. He oversees project reporting procedures and ensures planned projects are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Jeremy is responsible for building a diversified vendor and supply chain network to ensure consistent quality of work across Target’s various response regions and help keep schedules. He also manages Target’s assets to ensure reliable response capabilities. Jeremy supports the growth and development of the Target team by mentoring project coordinators and managers.

Jeremy is certified in OSHA 30, Hazwoper 40, commercial drying, applied structural drying and water damage restoration. He is also a remote pilot. Jeremy lives in Houston, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his son, reading, traveling and engaging in professional development activities.

Will Roberts joined Target Solutions in 2022 as Director of Operations – Emergency Response and brought with him over 13 years of relevant experience in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Will has worked on a wide array of large-scale projects as both an operations manager and senior project manager. His experience centers around emergency response, where he supervised technicians and interfaced directly with insurance adjusters, property managers and homeowners.

Will oversees operations and expansion of Target’s national presence. He draws on his restoration and roofing experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, education and industrial settings to serve clients. Will enjoys the opportunity to help clients return to a sense of normalcy after a catastrophic event and appreciates that each project is unique, so there’s always more to learn.

Will has OSHA 30, Hazwoper 40 and WRT/ASD certifications and is a licensed mold assessor and remediator in the state of Florida. Will is also a NORMI member and UAS licensed pilot. He currently resides in Orange Park, Florida, with his wife and two Labradors. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, walking his dogs and riding his motorcycle.

Jeff joined Target Solutions as Division Controller in June 2022 with over 30 years of accounting experience. Jeff oversees the accounting team and analyzes and prepares the organization’s financials. Jeff’s experience working with companies of different sizes has given him a unique perspective, allowing him to solve problems with ease. His favorite part about working at Target is that everyone works as a team, no questions asked.

Jeff is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, watching college football and spending time with his horses.
