We work to fully-integrate safety into all projects, from beginning to end.

Before THE JOB

At Target Solutions, safety begins long before a job starts. Pre-construction briefings and site walkthroughs are performed to observe operations and unique requirements of the job site. A customized safety plan is then designed to fit each client’s needs.

DURING the job

• Qualified on-site management monitors and guides the entire work process
• Target Solutions Safety Coordinators & Project Managers work in tandem with Facility Safety Management personnel
• Toolbox talks are held daily to reinforce safety considerations
• Safety debriefs are held with client’s representatives
• All on-site personnel are trained and encouraged to actively engage in practicing safety
• Daily safety reporting is available through our easy-to-use online client portal

AFTER the job

Target Solutions is committed to constant improvement and refinement. Once a project is finished, critical staff debrief to highlight successes and opportunities for improvement. Policies and procedures are then reviewed and modified based on these findings.

Training & Certifications

Our project managers are the HSE team’s front line when it comes to safety. They know the work, the sites, employees and sub-contractors. Our mission is to equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in keeping every work site safe. This is accomplished by asking that all of our Project Managers:

• Complete a 30-hour OSHA certification
• Complete annual safety refresher courses
• Hold daily safety briefs with their teams
• Complete heavy equipment certifications
• Complete routine vehicle, trailer and tool inspections
